To track the process of your package you will need your order number. Simply click the Order Tracking Link on the left menu, fill out the form, and click submit. Your request will be sent to our warehouse and be answered in the order received. There is NO direct phoneline to the warehouse for tracking as this is the best way for us to handle your tracking inquiry.
All parts sold by Jaws Gear and Axle are warranted by their respective manufactures. Warranty terms vary between manufactures. Jaws Gear and Axle does not warrant or claim to warrant any said product including but not limited to parts, labor, loss of time, loss of wage, loss of data, or any other loss of goodwill.
Returns on product are welcome with 30 Days from the date of delivery for store credit. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restock fee with no acceptions. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Third Members, Complete Differentials, Custom Axles, Tools, and Special Order Parts are NOT RETURNABLE under any circumstances. All returns must be accompanied by an RGA number prior to returning to Jaws Gear and Axle. Returns sent back without RGA number will be refused. All returns are processed on the last day of the week. If refund is requested instead of store credit an additional 5 percent fee will be associated with transaction.
